Hi! My Name is KB Collins and I am a Private Lender (Some use the term Non-Bank Lender and some have started to use RTL Lender). For all of you that do not know RTL stands for Real Estate Transition loans. Builders, Developers, and Investors just call me when they need capital to fund their latest project.
I provide Financing for their Construction Projects, and Rental Projects as well as Bridge Loans and 30 year Long Term Rental loans. My Loans are Asset Based and what that means is that one loan size does not fit all. Some borrowers may qualify for a minimum loan amount of 500k with 10% down on purchases, other may not. Some borrowers qualify for a million dollar loan while others may not.
